Kate Jeffers

Throughout her 16 years at VB+P, Kate has played a pivotal role in the agency’s success: leading key client relationships, developing discreet and innovative capabilities and helping to foster a culture where creativity thrives. As COO, Kate oversees the day-to-day operations of the agency to ensure they consistently support the delivery of break-through and effective work. In addition, Kate oversees VB+P’s DEI initiatives and is the Executive Sponsor of Fellow, an app-based mentorship community designed specifically for women in advertising. Prior to VB+P, Kate worked at GS+P, TBWA/Chiat/Day and Saatchi & Saatchi, leading significant brands and initiatives (including the launch of the Apple iPod and Toyota Prius). Kate is a walking contradiction: she was born and raised on Oahu but hates seafood; lived in Madrid and Paris but isn’t fluent in Spanish or French; and studied international law but ended up in advertising. She lives in Marin with her husband, son, dog, cat and about 13,000 honeybees.
