Jenn has more than 25 years of outsourced HR, accounting and finance experience, with a particular expertise in startups and the advertising and creative production industries. She is passionate about seeing companies utilize the latest accounting & HR technology to maximize their efficiency, productivity, and ultimately, success. Before joining Armanino, Jenn founded and led Team Jenn Corp., a firm dedicated to the strategic financial and HR management of startups and small businesses, offering a comprehensive back office solution with accounting, finance and HR solutions. Previous roles include stints at advertising giant Ogilvy and Mather, and in the cash management industry.
Myles has over 25 years of finance experience working as a Chief Financial Officer, acting Chief Operations Officer and Controller in the Creative Services, Advertising, Public Relations and Digital Sectors. He has overseen all aspects of Finance, Accounting, operations, IT, Human Resources, Payroll and Administrative services. As a CFO he worked with the management team to drive business goals, find efficiencies and create pricing strategies to maximize corporate profitability. Myles has a B.A. in Business Management and Finance from Loyola Marymount University (LMU). He served as Secretary and Treasurer to the Board of Directors, has been an active member of the 4As Western Region Finance Committee and is Certified on Sage Intacct.
John is a director in the Business Outsourcing Services practice and leads the Strategic Finance Outsourcing services to help clients reap the benefits of expert corporate finance guidance. He is passionate about helping companies find success through improved understanding of their own operational economics and by helping them chart a path to their best future. He has more than 20 years of senior leadership experience. He has held senior leadership positions including founder, CFO, COO, CEO, board member and board chair. Four of those companies were successfully sold, including sales to Wal-Mart and Cardinal Health, where he served as VP of Finance in its most profitable division.
