Each Think Tank is moderated by a subject matter expert, with full discussion amongst the entire group. You’ll address the opportunities and challenges as it relates to each topic – and action steps you can take moving forward. Most importantly, you’ll hear from other agencies and be able to personally contribute.

This Think Tank is focused on your talent. Before COVID even began, extended periods of long hours and high stress were already leading to burnout.

And now, months into the “always on” mentality, it’s become worse. People are still adjusting to working from home, working longer hours and feeling the need to be on call 24/7.
